@TheFutureKVD The stuff does work.. if the fish aren't biting change it up.. its not guaranteed to make you a better fisherman. I had the same attitude about the product especially because the packaging. It's a good product and it will definitely improve your chances of catching catfish.

@xiamxRAMBO this stuff falls off the hook easily so, cut a piece of panty hose and put one of those catfish bait balls in it and tie it with a peice of fishing line and put in on the hook. i caught a 19 pound catfish using this method so hopefully this works for you and have a good time hooking em

@classicmodernreview, Try some spawn sacks with magic thread to tie it up; it is mostly used for salmon and trout fishing but works great with chicken livers and these nuggets, to hold it together on the hook.

preformed baits such as magic bait melt very slowly in the water and the scent does too. no matter how much it smells out of water that means nothing if the fish can't find it. preformed baits work great on trotlines though.
