if its slowed down the sound of the thunder should be in bigger gap of time. depends how far away is the lightning tho. coz its sounds as if the speed of light and sound was almost the same in this video :DD

Heres why. When lightning strikes, there is an electromagnetic pulse. Electromagnetism is how speakers work, technically. The lightning-generated pulse causes an artificial (to the speaker) signal to convert to sound, and thats what we hear. AKA, radio static.

This isn't the actual sound the lightnigng makes, its electrical equipment that picks up radio wave interference that are given of by lightning.

Allright, allright. Y'all will never get it. Nor would I unless I already knew. This entire segment is 12 video frames, or about 0.4 seconds long. Both the video and the audio have been slowed down by a factor of 128. The sound you hear is one of my parrots. He was "screaming" the entire time, which is why I didn't post the live video.
