When I curl this way I get the curling iron stuck in my hair about 3/4 of the way to the shaft. I used to do the wrapping curl but my hair's too short for that right now.

i have tried this look at home with hair straightner for curling. but my curls won't stay in for very long during the day, i use hairspray and don't play with them when they are hot??? i also have very very fine hair. How can i make them stay in and last???

I LOVE this look! I did it last night and it was soooo cute! I watched the video a few times to get the technique down and had to keep checking how you did it while i was doing it...once i figured it out it was a breeze! The right side was so confusing but figured it out and i dont think im gonna curl my hair any other way now either!

@abbigailwilliams yes it makes it appear fuller if you curl it, but it can also make your hair feel thinner when its straight or in a pony tail. but if you teeze slightly when your hair is straight it can look really full
