there's alot of old civilizations that we really don't know much about, as none of us lived in that time, that say 2012 is a meaningful date. Now, scientists have worried about dumber "end of times", such as the year 2000, and they would express their concern by warning the public. Now they're saying not to worry about a date that has actual historic significance? I'm not too worried, but I do know one thing; when NASA tells you not to panic, YOU PANIC.
