Good info Cease. Be careful drinking Chrystal Light. It has an artificial sweetner called aspartame in it that is bad for your health. I started getting blurred vision from drinking Chrystal Light. Your info about reading the food labels was on point. I workout and do the same thing in the supermarket. Peace!!

Personally I don't bother with the low fat, low salt, low flavour stuff. I just don't eat it but I agree if you want to lose weight you need to take an interest in what you eat.

Every time I go shopping I compare the calories. You will be surprised how bad some "healthy" looking stuff is. I've seen granary ham salad sandwich with like 1000 calories! That's half what a normal person should eat in a whole day!
