The Enchanted Forest just outside Ghostland (renamed Spooky Town) in the Harvey canon is basically a PART OF New York, since Casper is actually based on the deceased son of a New York family, complete with the family plaque at the house itself. The creators of Famous Studios even went there for inspiration!
