Politicians are notoriously economically illiterate*. And even when they know what would be the right thing, we don't really expect them to do it. But this is one man that knows economics. The founders of this country had day jobs .They were not career politicians.
Politics was never meant to be a profession! We need leaders with experience in the real world, not experience in the phony world of politics. I don't vote for, I vote against, I know who Im voting against in Nov.
Hell of a good video! Could have been by ANYONE opposing Romney, which is wonderfully ironic --- Romney has taken so many opposing stances that he's perfectly oppose-able. Ron Paul as the one? Please. As usual, Ron Paul is right about a whole bunch of things in a row (i.e. in this ad) until he gets to the punchline, i.e. "elect Ron Paul to anything other than Congress, where he is a useful gadfly".
@ptrosclair1775 "Romney is Obama 2.0" -- nice try, but that's so meaningless it's a perfectly Romney-esque statement. Obama believes in stuff -- judging from his record, not quite the same as what he ran on, but he gives at least the appearance of having principles. Romney, nope. Paul? Sure, he has principles, many of which I admire, and many of which are just dog nuts (e.g., he wouldn't fund interstate highways, the EPA, etc. Don't even ask about Medicare et. al., it'll just get him mad!).
More slick political bullcrap, just a different name, different face. Ron Paul 2012, the only one who really gets it, the only one who really cares. He is NOT politics as usual. THANK GOD!
