The problem with the group was that they should have told DeYoung "Stop with the Crap". Equinox, Pieces of Eight, Crystal Ball, & Grand Illusion were awesome and still are. DeYoung tried to turn the group into a Broadway stage show with Paradise and Kilroy. Most honest Styx fans are in agreement with this. Why do you think they kicked his ass out?? Actually, I like your idea of the birthday party. Think I could get them to play at mine?

A fair enough assessment, however this video is from 1981 and punk had started long before that...all the way back to 1969 if we're talking Iggy Pop.  And to play devil's advocate, it was the Punk movement which gave us the musical abortions Blink-182 and Good Charlotte...I'd take this "cheese" over that "pile of steamy shit" any day.
