  • i usually do series of 3,000 total, but this exercises were definitely challenging, so I only was able to finish 2 series of 100 repetitions per each exercise (nonstop 100 repetitions). and then I had to move on so something easier, lol

  • @maz0o1 In order to target ur lower abs you have to keep your back completely flat on the ground. If you lie on the ground normally, you can feel an arch in your lower back. Raise your legs (with slightly bent knees) until the arch is gone and your back is flat. Then do the leg raises from that position. Bringing your legs all the way down to the floor and back up again uses hip flexor muscles and lower back muscles, which, if not strong enough will hurt after a few reps.

  • hey hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got detailed Six pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

    Doing abdominal exercises alone won't rid you of abdominal fat. The body doesn't just pull fat from the surrounding area, it pulls it from the entire body.

  • i wish there were power exercises that could get you stronger fitter abs like other muscles (biceps, triceps, thighs...) I hate having to spend so much time working out my abs. If someone could find a work out that was easier they would make bank

  • for best results do two to different ab workouts in a set of 10 continuous without a break, after say 10 leg lifst followed by 10 crunches without a break take 15-30 second break, then start with a different set of ab workouts do 10 of each set again , break repeat, if you only do like 10 crunches then break for a minute aint gonna do shit.

  • @tarisone its suppose to do that. to help your back. put both of your hands under your but. Like your lying down on them w/ your butt. it helps trust me

  • well every one should make sure to have strong back and legs. before working on abs what i have noticed over the years both in gym n at home if you don't have strength in legs and back before you put stress on your abs your bigger muscles tend to get tired and you don't get results as you may like. resulting in lack of motivation and losing faith in workout. here i set your map.

  • I used to do this workout for months, then an instructor told me how bad for the back this workout was... :x It does improve your lower abs though, but also hurt your back. Don't abuse this so.

  • Yes this is working. The amount of time before you see results is all depending on how much fat that covers the abs.

    If you have a pullup bar or somewhere you can hang at , it is possible to do leg raises for lower abs. It is alittle more resistant

    The basis of getting visual abs is to eat right and do your cardio

    Good cardio is basically exercises that gets your heartrate up to the fat loss zone, where it starts using fat for energy. For to allow that to happen, you should eat often.
