Fairplay for the comment , nicely put, should make for a great competition. Well done to all who entered this year.

  • well said nev ! i just wanna add that despite there being four turbo's n two supercharged bikes entered , shane was the only one of them to do it , the next best forced induction bike was in the 160's ......... it takes a lot more than just a powerfull bike !

  • @dazzsuzuki

Well said mate, saw this in MCN other week, totaly mental, a big two thumbs up for Shane, mad git.

  • Come on Guys. We all entered knowing the rules and fair play to Shane and his awesome speed. I would love to afford a Turbo and aim for the 190 mark. Sponsors welcome - please form an orderly queue. The Irish guys are among the best people I have ever met in my life and really there is no need for such remarks either way.

  • I'm taking the piss and you're biting everytime. Maybe you need to relax. I dont know Nev, he could be a complete cunt. My point is about a standard engine and a turbo engine. The Irish comments are purely for my entertainment. So calm down paddy. UK and the virtually half of the world is full of high BHP motorcycles. I have 165bhp and thats plenty for me thanks JohNOB. Put 1 turbo on a motogp bike and see how fair it is then, its basically giving an advantage over everyone else.

  • @Bovrilbadboy ......your a dickhead, bet you couldnt wheelie a bmx up a steep hill you racist prick your so good and know so much take your finger out of your asshole put a cheap camera on your bike and do a big long fast wheelie for us all to see and put your money where your mouth is racist cunt

  • John the nob 2007, no need for asshole comments. I made my point quite clearly. A bike with more power is easier to hold up to wheely when at high speed, I can wheely quite well but not to these guys standards so fully appreciate the skill involved. When hitting a bump and the front wheel lowers, you need power to bring it back up.

If you dont understand that, then you are obviously a fucking spastic pikey, funny talking, guiness drinking, IRA supporting, muggy cunt.

  • i wonder if dodge had done it on his blower busa would there have being the same reaction in the camp. also well done to shane wogan ,another top speed irish boy

    237mph

  • well done shane , great weekend were proud of you IRISHMAN.

  • what a f..king retard you are bovrilbadboy, we knew we rattled your engish cages at the weekend,

  • Shane well done and thanks Dazz for posting a class wheelie. :)))

  • I did say alot of skill involved. But power plays a crucial role at that speed and it would take more skill to keep up a less powered bike.Turbo bikes should have there own competition. Give everyone a 400bhp bike and watch alot more people set high speeds with ease.

  • Bovrilbadboy, who are you calling a pikey, dont be such a begrudger. fairplay to Shane for setting the record, he deserves all the credit he gets. You say Nev should have one, what about the third place man on his standard k6 gixer thou(with a broken headlight, and wiring taped up with insulation tape!!), jerry's first time entering any event like this, and he posts a 176.5mph!! Fairplay to all that entered and had the balls to even have a go.

  • Alot of skill but Nev should of won it, he had basically a standard bike and was only 1.5mph down on this Irish pikey fella who had a 320bhp Gixer thou.

Takes alot more skill to keep it up at that speed with only 175-180bhp at the wheel compared to 320bhp.

  • @Bovrilbadboy you utter cunt.

  • @GrimlyCurmudgeon3

    Thanks gay boy.

  • @Bovrilbadboy keep your pikey comments to yourself...jealousy is an awful thing..if you are so clever then get your smart arse on a bike and try and beat shane (my brother) next year..doubt you wud have the guts though.

  • @Bovrilbadboy these comments are clearly from someone who hasnt ridden a turbo bike, its not easy. for the price of a 2006 or newer 1000 cc bike u can buy a k3 k4 and turbo it there are people at this event which spend much more money on building tuned aspirated bikes becuase they dnt have the balls to try something diff. shane has prooved at both the wheelie record and the wheelie drag racing this year its a good option. is a handfull and as for ted he only had the bike 2 weeks b4 hand.

  • Excellent! I bet your front tyres last years!

  • Well done Shane, class!

  • Unreal!!
