I think people just being more active. Is key. I have a friend who started training with me. He has lost 25 pound in two months. But he lives at fast food places and drinks beer every weekend. But just by him actually putting in hard work and some small amount of cardio he is actuall greeting a lot Stonger and fast.
Thanks for mentioning how IMPORTANT diet is, almost though you were going to skip over it ! It makes sense that you look young. For one your healthy. For two, bodybuilding in particular keeps your hormonal apparatus heavily stimulated and active which will keep you looking young. Professional bodybuilders are a great example of this - even though there hormones are usually synthetic. Look at flex wheeler, he still looks like a baby. lol

Hey Luimarco, I have a question for you. Can i built good muscles by having fish, chicken, egg protein becuase i don't wanna switch to whey protein. I am looking for complete natural way. No whey and no multi vitamin pills for me. I am always looking for what comes from nature. But not something that has been extracted or modified. I have enough strength to pull it off but i all i wana know is that how long it gonna take and what quantity fish/chicken i would require on daily basis. thanks :)
youre amazing you look great. At first you might look like youre in your twenties but i would have to look very hard to see that youre older. Lui if i do cardio after weights to lose fat should i take my shake before the cardio to feed my muscles instead of waiting 30-40 mins after the cardio to take my shake?

You've said you're an ectomorph, I'm very endomorph. Your previous chubbiness was due to sloppy eating yes, but easier for you to shed the bodyfat than a true endomorph. I'm doing your 4 mo killer plan on week 2 month 1. I will show you in detail week to week on the results once I complete. I don't really feel like I'm burning fat at 135 bpm, but I'm willing to try. Hard work in kitchen and gym usually works, but genetics does play a big role. You're an ectomorph
@mixologistjc don't concern yourself with genetics, people get too caught up with them and everything becomes overly complex. train hard, get diet on point and results will come.

It simply feels great to work out and shape your body into something stronger and healthier. Its addictive in a good way. After you take the initial step and start working out it gets hard to stop.

Yeah Lui, I thought you were 28years old or so :) Don't forget though, it's for a big part also genetics, how old you or young you look. People also think I'm 22 or so when I'm 26, because I have a babyface, not very masculine.
But 100% agree, working out keeps you young. Hell, even being at low bodyfat ALONE is a huge factor is looking young.

you are 100% right mate, i wasted almost 2 years doing fancy exercises recommended by so many fitness guru which didn't work at all, bodybuilding is simple when you have the right knowledge, wish i could take it back and do it right like am doing it right now.

Yeah Lui, I thought you were 28years old or so :) Don't forget though, it's for a big part also genetics, how old you or young you look. People also think I'm 22 or so when I'm 26, because I have a babyface, not very masculine.
But 100% agree, working out keeps you young. Hell, even being at low bodyfat ALONE is a huge factor is looking young.

Good vid, some people need to learn that , ok lets say , I Started bodybuilding June 16 2010. i'm going to keep on going with bodybuilding , if not then Next year u realize that you've wasted a year of what could of been worth it. Get FIT OR WASTE TIME and don't get fit imo , Just keep that in mind.

you are 100% right mate, i wasted almost 2 years doing fancy exercises recommended by so many fitness guru which didn't work at all, bodybuilding is simple when you have the right knowledge, wish i could take it back and do it right like am doing it right now.

i'm gonna [human-HGH] actually becouse i have a damaged skin , i was 105 kg "FAT"
i've been lifting weights hard and eating smart ... and doing my cardio
and my abs are bigger "not defined" altough my body fat is less then 12%
and i dont wanna do the pastic surgry
