If they were to prohibit the use of cigarettes, alcohol and marijuana then I'd understand, but to legalize the use and consumption of one drug while criminalizing the use and consumption of another is pure hypocrisy. Either legalize marijuana, or prohibit the use of alcohol and cigarettes.
