Two things to say.

One--it says some frightening things about a mecha when its main attack is to eat the enemy.

Two--holy crap, that is a huge shark. That was almost the size of the Eva.

In Smash Bros, unlocking characters is simple. Just complete a specific challenge and then beat the crap out of the character to unlock it. In Evangelion Battle Orchestra, they made character unlocking frustrating, you have to beat the crap out of the character with SPECIFIC characters to unock them...for purchace in the shop! Isnt beating the crap out of them unlock requirement enough!?

Some help!

I have unlocked Eva 00 yellow and blue; Eva 01-04, the mp Eva.

The angels: sachi, samshi, ramiel, gaghiel, israfel, sahaqu, leliel and the Jet alone...

How do I unlock the rest?

I can play kaworu's eva on history but not on endless; dunno how to unlock the green Eva nor any of the others to buy them in the shop...

@javiere1990 I *think* you have to get far into survival mode, where you will eventually fight the ones you're missing, though I'm not sure. I just downloaded a complete save file from gamefaqs because I didn't want to deal with the game's bullshit unlock system.

@tulian06 I don't speak Spanish, but I'm guessing you're asking how to play as berserk Eva-01? You have to unlock him first by buying him. Once you've done that, hold down L! while selecting Eva-01 and he will change to berserk Eva-01. The same thing applies for Eva-03/Bardiel and Eva-00 blue/yellow.
