Is it just me or does Agassi have the best return of serve ever. Fed is crushing his serve that would be an ace against anyone else and it is coming back with change! They are just bashing the ball. But it cracks me up as hard as they are hitting, both are always waiting to hit the ball! Great prep or what?
I don't care- he took drugs and demoralised himself, any decent player at that level shouldn' t need to do that to gain an advantage- a real role model hmm?
LOL, Meth doesnt give you an advantage on the court haha. Meth destroys your body from the inside out ... It destroys brain tissue and can cause serious depression, anxiety and paranoia. It causes intense cognitive problems and severely impairs memory, judgment and motor coordination, similar to Parkinson's Disease. Meth use destroys tissues and blood vessels, inhibiting the body's ability to repair itself lol. Yeah those sound like real advantages !! What a cheater !!
I dunno if it's just them hitting the ball harder or not, but why does this seem like faster paced play than today?
Like, I can't say for Agassi obviously, since he's retired, but Federer's forehand for example, seems harder and faster than it is today. Is that just me?
Federer is much older now with plenty of miles on his legs, but the courts played a lot faster back then, all of the Grand Slams in tennis todat are playing slow, especially Wimbledon.
A faster court allows the more offensive player to use their weapons, and a slower court makes for more rallies and less out-right winners.
Agassi schooled Roger on a few shots! So glad their careers overlapped by a few years. Imagine if Andre retired in 2000, after a 14 yr. career, which would have been understandable.
the real question should be.......just how many cortisone shots did Andre take.....his back must have either been numb or the pain was insande

Federer's racquet looks massive here...is that just me?
ArjunJethwa 3 months ago
@ArjunJethwa It does look a lot bigger than the BLX he has used the past two years. However, it is a 90 sq.inch head frame I believe in this match.
3timeMVPNash 2 months ago
@3timeMVPNash Yeah exactly what I'm thinking. Maybe just the actual frame is just massive...
ArjunJethwa 2 months ago
@ArjunJethwa It looks differently shaped for sure.

dang, in the 1st game of the match, fed hit an ace and they had a close up of his service motion... wish u included that...
nice upload still

3:39 MY GOD! this old man was strong enough to beat a 24 year old Roger!

Agassi didn't have Federer's natural talent, but his ball-striking and craftsmenship was amazing.
