i watched much of this while it was happening from the UK on Al Jazeera, it was a war crime then and it is still shocking to watch today (May 2010). Even the western T.V. company's charge for people to be able to watch this footage via a broadband connection without helping the people who died or the people of Gaza without who's help this film could not be made.
