Hmm? They didn't. Those are just images the users used to represent themselves. I mean, think about it: how could you get that many seiyus to collaborate for something totally random and out-there like that?
It seems to be a common practice, using images of anime characters to represent oneself in these remastered things that is.

I'm 100% sure that the twelfth one is an edited version of the background image. (If you look closely at the eyes and hair, as well as the pose, you can tell.)
Actually, you're wrong there. =) It was draw by someone who used it as a referance for the pose and stuff, but it is quite different. I remember seeing the step-by-step of it on diviantart.
You'll also notice the hair goes a different way and the cheeks are mis-shaped. The artist was really annoyed that they couldn't get the hand or cheek shaped right.
Ah, that makes sense~ I can only see a tiny bit of the image in this video, so I made the best assumption possible. When I said the hair, though, I meant that it was similar, not quite identical.
