Actually, Rocca was 49, just shy of his 50th birthday, and died in 1977. My error.

Cigarillos, maybe?...Rocca was a fine athlete who changed the sport considerably with his high-flying' techniques.

Unfortunately, he died young in 1965. Perhaps only 47?
