I'm a crossfitter, and those squats are lacking a little bit of depth... especially at 1:27. I'm not hating, it still is an awesome effort, but if you want to stick to proper good form then you have to say things the way they are...
@7399Martyn yes i was thinking the same thing. However, i guess it comes with the territory, since Crossfitter do so much reps and cardio all together, going just to parallel would still be a big deal.
