  • At first i wantedd to come here and rant about some of the idiotic postings about form.. then I checked your channels.. you guys are fucking tools.. LOL, I can do backflips.. LOL, dude.. cut your hair, you be able to see your landing faster..

  • Squats look pretty bad compared to a lot of xfitters ive seen

  • This is what it looks like when you just randomly try to go for a max out of the blue..... Body isn't used to handling maximal weights

  • I'm a crossfitter, and those squats are lacking a little bit of depth... especially at 1:27. I'm not hating, it still is an awesome effort, but if you want to stick to proper good form then you have to say things the way they are...

  • some of the squats had questionable depth, something i didnt expect from crossfit.

  • @7399Martyn yes i was thinking the same thing. However, i guess it comes with the territory, since Crossfitter do so much reps and cardio all together, going just to parallel would still be a big deal.

  • Where the hell did Kevin get that awwwwwsome shirt?

  • She never got below parallel on any of her squats I would count none of those reps.

  • Both of those atheletes have terrible backsquat form.
