Pedro is a great driver and his results in other competitions show it.
He just never got a real oportunity with a good team in the F1.

Well after Lehto's accident in Silverstone, Flavio Briatore though that Lehto wasnt capable doing good results anymore...he gave Lehto few races time to show some results and when Flavio wasnt happy, he simply fired Lehto :/...For the testing accident in Silvestone destroyed Lehto's F1-carreer. But luckily he continued to race LeMans for example and even won it and nowdays he is a F1 commentator at finnish TV channel MTV3 :).

The craziest and darkest weekend in modern F1 history. Have you seen Barrichello's accident here as well? The guy almost cleared a tyre barrier. He would have gone into the crowd.

He broke his legs in a testing crash at Silverstone. It happened at the flat-out Abbey curve; he vaulted the catch-fencing and ended up in the spectator tunnel at Bridge corner!

No, Pedro also had a very large testing accident in which he broke his legs. He ended up in a spectator tunnel off the track, after his car flipped over the fence.
