There's a romatic piano piece when Peter makes Flyguy and his fiance and meal, where is that one from...? Sounds like Bacharach or something.

That appears on the Incidental Music collection that Romero used in his cut. I don't know that song's title.

No, I don't think that one is. I have the Incidental soundtrack but I'm sure It's not on there. There's a track called "Sun High" which is from a moody scene with pregnant Francine, but that's not it...

Watch the film and when she says "here it comes...." and Peter poors the wine there you have it---nice tune that, with some nice minor chords.

i just love this movie, my favourite edit is the 140min version, fun fact is, when they close the gates, while the bikers attack you can hear the intro of the monty phyton and the holy grail! dawn of the dead is the greatest zombie movie, probably never to be surpassed by any other zombie movie ever!

Track #13 Ai Margini Della Follia (alternate version 2) is very reminiscent of the sound of decelerating helicopter rotors, quite apropos to the rooftop landing.

i love music in zombie movies. most of the time it's creepy and eerie and gives you the chills. zombie movies rock. too bad there's not many good ones. i wish there were alot more awesome zombie movies being made these days.
