If all characters were meant to have the same wakeup explain Ibuki, Yun, and Blanka, who all have odd wakeup speeds.

Gamerbee did have issues with it, and started using Fei Long as backup and after EVO this year he posted on his blog "I gonna change character." There are lots of characters who have a 3f reversal or SPD grab that prevents them from being safe-jumped, and the fast wake-up was no different. It was not a mistake; it was noted in the guide and online before the game was ever released.

@TribleButz No new combos but his poking game is better. S.LP improved & helps fend off dive kicks. Low strong hitbox is even better for counter poking than it was & low fierce being faster helps his far AA game. While S.HK is still his best poke far S.MP having more range helps out since it's faster. Don't call Zhi & Xian retarded if you don't know this basic stuff
The one thing i was really hoping for is that you guys would have talked about gouken. Gouken is one of my favorite characters in SSF4 and because of Bullcat kicked you - you laze out and not talk about him? I'm highly disappointed in you guys. Very very disappointed.
@saintconnor He got a little love - there making his cr. Fierce for combo friendly, speeding up the Denjin plus tweaking the Palm Strike. Honestly, Gouken is good now I would only want them to change the Parry to the way it was in Super. And before you say anything - I am a Gouken player....Period!!!!!! No one else since SF4.

The way this update is going, I may as well drop Yang and pick up Hugo in the background of construction site. Yangs getting nerfed into oblivion. Its like theyve gone from one extreme to another, thats not a balance patch, thats a switch it up patch.

@Realone234 when the combo ends in untechable knockdown (low HK), or an air to air reset, yun essentially gets another free "turn" and 50/50 mixup. The nerf is consistent with forcing yun to use another mixup to kill opponent.
About the interviews, keep them coming, just do your best to use mics, and more importantly, do the whole interview in one language, and then add subtitles if necessary. It makes them shorter, so I don't have to skip around.
@luigi111111 Sorry. If you watch CC:A, excellent adventures, we really were booted from the room by Bullcat. Gouken always receives a ton of changes from game to game. The biggest thing is his Denjin UC2 fireball. It was already good in AE with the additional wall bounce, but now it has received 3S properties and you can literally wind up the joystick to kinectically power up. It must be said that both the speed and damage increase depending on your button hold time and your wind up spins.

About the interviews, keep them coming, just do your best to use mics, and more importantly, do the whole interview in one language, and then add subtitles if necessary. It makes them shorter, so I don't have to skip around.

@luigi111111 Sorry. If you watch CC:A, excellent adventures, we really were booted from the room by Bullcat. Gouken always receives a ton of changes from game to game. The biggest thing is his Denjin UC2 fireball. It was already good in AE with the additional wall bounce, but now it has received 3S properties and you can literally wind up the joystick to kinectically power up. It must be said that both the speed and damage increase depending on your button hold time and your wind up spins.
