  • Hi Paul, The cool chord shapes you use in this song are not the same as the traditional chords on the lead sheet. Is there a way to get the shapes you're using?

  • Muchas gracias por las instrucciones, es de mucha ayuda. Saludos desde Honduras, Dios lo bendiga.

  • hey paul. why do you capo at 5th intead of playing in first position with C? must be a register or voicing thing. we are going to do this sunday, and only instruments are acoustic and drums, so i like the bassier voicing of first position. but with all the other instruments you have, i am guessing this is why you capo high?

thanks. great tune. am loving learning it and absorbing the words.

  • Thank you Paul for sharing the wealth! This is fantastic for worship leaders, like me, who don't play the guitar. I can just send this out with the song to all my guitar players, and my son, who is also learning. Thank you so much!

  • Mr. Baloche, you are a great teacher!

  • thx so much for your dedication - your ministry is an answer to my prayers, it took me some time to find a great worshipper according to my heart who at the same time is a good teacher! Me and the whole worship-band of our church is really blessed by you!

  • It looks like a 14 fret Martin 000M - Eric Clapton's signature model Martin is an embellished 000M

  • which guitar is that? I like it! God bless you!

  • @vladl94 Hey, its a martin OM-28V by the looks of it, i may be wrong though but its pretty close!

  • You rock!

  • you are such an amazing amazing amazing man of God Paul. I admire you so much. You spend so much time and care in every video you make. I know you must be so so so busy, but you still make time to do these small things which bless so many thousands of people. I've listened to your song Glorious over 100 times. I just love. I put it on repeat at work.... =) I love the way God created you.

  • Paul is amazing - I'm feeling very excited and fortunate to play a cover of Glorious as part of the July 4th service tomorrow morning. Friendship Church - Shakopee, MN!!

  • Paul, I think it is so wonderful how eager you are to share your music the way you do. Thank you so, so much. All my love in Christ.

  • That capo makes it much easier, thanks. Love those chord voicings as well.

  • It really does seem like a great choice for a center piece Easter Song. I think I am going to put it as a transition song between the faster beginning songs and the slower more worshipful conclusions. I was thinking of concluding with Above All. Thanks Paul for all your "Helps". I think I hear a resounding voice of appreciation for your ministry which is not just about you but about helping others along in our service to the church as well. Blessings upon you To God be theGloryHallelujah!

  • Sweet. We're doing this song this coming Sunday and this will help us all! :o)

  • Wow! We are planning to do this for Easter Sunday, and this video is perfect to send around to my musicians to learn the right voicings! Thanks Paul!

  • Ditto for the last post PAUL. This is a blessing to all of us who are trying to worship God 'skilfully as it says in Psalms you are a true servant leader. Appreciate your talent and your serving and making things available to everyone like this. I especially like this format i.e. you playing with the song EXCELLENT MERCI

  • Thank you so much for this effort. It means a lot to us. I actually learn to play guitar better watching Paul and his instructional materials and studying the leadsheets and charts downloaded from his site.

    God bless you Paul!

  • yo, just wanted to say its really cool that you post these vids showing how to play some of your songs. you're a cool guy, God bless

  • Thanks Paul

I know you get a thanked a million times but I have to add mine to the cloud of witnesses.

    THANK YOU!

You have helped bring a quality sound to the worship time at our church meetings and I'm sure to many others as well.

This is almost better than having you right in the room teaching ... I doubt that you have a rewind button

(and you'd get tired of me asking the same questions over and over :)

  • Salt and light right here. Good job to everyone who put this together. It's perfect.

  • Since heaven is rumored to have many of the desires of our hearts, I am hoping I get to sing in your choir with you. I always LOVE everything you offer. Blessings,

    Pamela

  • This song is just off the hook good... I loved singing it with you Paul at The Musicians Summit last year! Beautiful. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into this video. It shows and it is appreciated! I REALLY hope you have Ben make a video showing what he plays! So many of these songs are distinctive because of the electric guitar parts! 5/5

  • Thank you so much! you are a blessing to me and my Church AMAZING!

  • This is a great way to teach a song! Thanks.

  • Love the new video format. Beautiful song and really easy to follow what you're doing. Blessings Paul!

  • Thanks a lot!! God Bless you Paul!

  • That's really beautiful Paul! Thanx :)
