Will an IMF loan help Ukraine survive the winter?

No, definitely not. On the other hand, many of west-Ukraine's citizens have proven countless times they would rather eat garbagebin scraps and whore out their daughters to Turks than seek any kind of relationship with Russia.

Kind of ironic given that these same west-Ukrainians will be heating their homes this winter with Russian subsidised gas, some of which will be stolen (again).

The IMF is loaning money to Hungary and other E. European countries as well, why isn't their survival being questioned by RT? Are they trying to make Ukraine look weak so that Russia should "rescue" Ukraine from the West? Ha! Ukraine needs this to avoid the likes of Yanukovych economics, which limited exports.
