but seriously they do it as a way of kind of mimicking a bird call. It's supposed to confuse birds when they're hunting apparantly. My cat catches lots of birds so i guess it works.
@KiteSwift u are correct =) burmese cats are very smart.mine open doors and windows also if i piss them off they slap me with one paw no claws,if i keep annoying them i get both paws slapped on my face and then if i do it again i get the claw paw to my face or they chase me down the hall.they are well known to slap with one paw as a warning.=)
@909ALLA909 Thats exactly what our Burmese do! If we blow air they tap you on the cheek with one paw and if you keep doing it you get both paws but no claws! One of ours also answers back like a moody teenager when you tell it to get off the speakers for example. Best cats in the world without a doubt!
@afield23 i love them.ours do the same chatter thing like in this vid and they never turn their back during fight, if they are fighting they like hop around sideways.its funny to watch.they also open doors and windows.
