I think House is gonna die at the end of this season. Not suicide though he wouldn't. A sudden death like car accident or like a slip of the foot and hitting his head to a rock, that kind of death.. Or he will kind of find what he is searching for, then he will live on.. If his mind and actions became stagnant, he live and be miserable for the rest of his life or he will die as I say. I also think he's in search for immortality figuratively..

Bec. of The way he is hard to be figured out.. in time you see his cast iron conviction, in time the opposite. His distrust in human, himself included is probably one of the things he wanted to solve and disprove in his constantly effort to prove it. And more. He is quite a character..
