No if its the Rage virus then your infected with rage giving you unspeakable ammounts of adrenline. Adrenline as far as i know effects your strenght, pain tolerence, reflexes and stamina making you move faster. Controling Adrenline is very hard to do.

ah you want to watch 28 days later its a nice spin on the traditional zombie flick. these people are infected with a deadly "rage" virus. They run like hell... 28 weeks later is a pretty fair follow up to the film with a great opening segment.
