The guitar that comes with the Rocksmith game is a legitimate guitar, correct? Like, I could plug it into regular amps and play it like a normal guitar? And if this is true, do you think it is a rather good-quality guitar?
@KomaEclipse It is a legit guitar. It's a Epiphone Les Paul Junior guitar, so it should be of really good quality. I've not had the ability to hands on one yet, but Les Paul from what I hear is a name you can trust.
@EdRulez2306 Nope. It has what I feel is a really great tuning function built in. You will check the tune before every song, and if a song needs strings in a specific tune it will have you tune them first.
Thank you for uploading this. I was wondering since I have 2 guitars and I am left handed. Does it need to midi like the rockband guitar or can it just be a real "i play in a band" guitar?
@TheHollowBlade It also has a multiplayer mode as well. Have yet to try it since I really suck since I'm starting, and there are not two electric guitars here.

So im guessing you can't play this game in Drop D tuning? Because i have a floyd rose and i dont really feel like tuning it to standard =[.

As far as I know most of the boxed songs are in standard tuning but DLC songs will have more non standard tunings.

@619thegreat For the PS3 and 360 it will be DLC songs, I'm afraid that at this time there is no option to add your own songs.
