just uninstall your itunes...when you do so...check C:\My Documents\Music\iTunes and when you install the itunes 9.1 you'll see that itunes create a new directory called: "Previous iTunes Libraries" copy the library that you need in the first root...and it will work.

This is not going to work because a jailbreak is more complex then that............ they put other things to run the application like launch deamons (it launches start up applications) so that means you can't just sync it think about it if it was that easy then why would the jailbreak team just do that! You people got to think once in awhile!!!!!!!!!
