Tri-X (7266) and Plus-X (7265), are reversal film stocks. So, it creates a positive image (as opposed to the standard negatives). Plus - X is a medium speed, while Tri-X is a high speed film; meaning plus -x is better for exteriors, while tri-x is better for interiors and low light exteriors.
I shouldn't say better, because it's all about preference and what tones/grains you'd like to get out of this. I believe for the inside of the church, there was no light, so we used tri-x and ended up pushing the film. hope this helped
