I love all drinks. I find it offensive that people call vodka and sweet alcoholic spirits a martini. The martini is one of the greatest drink recipes and this syrup junk was probably invented by dentist to cause more tooth decay for adults.

martini glasses are 2oz. so basic math means 1 1/2oz vodka 1/2oz pucker equals 2 oz so you dont waste liqour if you make it this way it would be strong as shit with very little apple flavor...

I had it with apple juice and we kind of fooled around with the ingredients. More sour apple pucker you add the better it will be. Apple juice just makes it last longer I guess and can help sweeten it.

I use 1 part Smirnoff Apple Twist, 1 part Smirnoff Blue Label & 1 part apple juice. There might be better versions, but I really like this one.

vodka is vodka - mostly alcohol.

absolut is hardly a premium vodka as well, just an overpriced one in my opinion. there are some premium vodkas but i still don't understand that because any vodka just tastes like alcohol and should really be used for mixing or getting drunk fast.

hey im from germany i want to make an appletini but i dont no what is that for an appleschnapps because i only know sauren that have 16% vol. and it havent a so green color its more a touch of green .. when somebody read it please send me a mail or something

"appleschnapps" is einfach apfelkorn. Da gibts sauren apfelkorn und normalen apfelkorn, der is dann so grünlich... haben beide 16%... alternativ kannst auch apfellikör hernehmen, aber mit saurem apfel gehts auch, dann schmeckts nich so süß.
