The moral of the video is to expose the rampant & pervasive corruption that exists in Tegray, how people are frustrated by the inaction of the body that was supposed to tackle it & to remind the regional government to clean itself & take actions. I often hear people complain on various issues including on how incompetent people are getting positions, employees are NOT doing what they were hired to do, the absence of transparency & accountability. SOME THING HAS TO BE DONE, FAST.
