DB can be read from two perspectives: emotionally (image of impact), detached artistic vision. Stopped at the first, we lose the range of his messages (also result of extensive research, of rare culture), among them the mastery of irony about the human hypocrisy. I think the glam of Bowie is a communication's powerful means that he only has known how to use with such elegance and humour: the provocation has always been the quintessence of the Master, as in the Rock's soul
I just can't thank you enough for this one Fiorella, such a truly enjoyable performance of the song that started it all for me. Never has there been anyone with such a vibrant energy that he literally fills my soul with light, even when I've been feeling the heaviness of the burdens in my life. David Bowie, you make me smile.
There are some criticisms on "A Reality Tour" about which personally I don't agree: Bowie's voice is always grandiose, his style is unmistakable and unique, his band is exceptional and closely knit, his verve is always fresh and renewed, modern even today ... in addition, there is all his maturity as an Artist, huge.
@theMusicofmyLife1 agree!!! As he gets older, his voice gets better and better, sexier and sweet. I love to hear his beautiful voice. this is one of the most things that I love of David. Obviously, he has a lots of qualities that we can talk about, but his voice is wonderful, at less to my ears ♥ I really love this talented guy!!!
