I actually agree with Putin here. The powers that be in the U.S likely influenced the Georgian President into attacking Russia so Republican candidate John McCain would have much needed ammo to use to win the U.S election in 2008 and become U.S President.

The U.S. and also Israel had hundreds of ADVISORS training the Georgian military. If I was the Georgians, I'd ask for a REFUND!!!!.
All that money they spent buying weapons from America and they get their azz kicked in 1 day by Ruissia...will digg on this, i swear

Refund, what refund?! Those advisors and equipment were not paid for by Georgians. It were Georgians who were purchased as operators (and very looust ones) for that equipment. Those are Americans who should be demanding refund from Georgians.
Then again, Americans should have known better than to trust the sorry excuse for soldiers that Georgains are.
