i wish i could give you all a tutorial for those who are asking for it but to be honest, this piece was made 2 years ago for an advanced video class and i never got the chance to keep at my motion graphics skill after i finished uni(got sucked into working in web). but am hoping to get into it again when i start graduate film school. so if anyone knows of tutorial sites for after effects, please let me know! cheers for all the kind comments.

wonderfull. But got one question how do you synchronized the audio? Cause after effects can't play audio in preview, only in RAM preview, and this takes to long :(

I work daily with After Effects and I have to do this all the time. To hear the audio without RAM preview, just hit the period key on the keyboard. You eventually learn how to imagine the video playing as the audio goes along - plus you can use the star key, above the 9, to mark points on any clip as the audio plays.
