@Shmeeeee If you're reg and you approached that way, you'd be doing a backside boardslide - if you were on a surfboard you'd have the crest of the wave at your back, right? If Gallant was doing a boardslide from the same angle it'd still be frontside. It took me a while to work all this out too! Think waves!
