Also my harvested buds, now curing in masons, is harboring tiny white, with black heads ( babies) / ( although not found) green n black headed caterpillars! Can I pop jars into freezer or something to kill em? They're 2 diddy to hunt n eradicate and obviously my budd is dried n trimmed. Pls help me? rixxy24@gmail.com
Fantastic channel n info!@last a one stop shop 4 all my gardening needs so far.
I heard of this but was always too worried to leave a chopped plant to continue to grow lol. I think I'll do a selective harvest and pluck my main colas pretty soon. If you get a chance could you check my recent vid? I'm thinking of harvesting my first in a week or less.
its crazy how the shaded side of the plant is growing slower.mine are small enough where Im able to spin then 1/4 turn everyday to compensate for that. nice video
@SAMMCONNELL ya was just thinking what the stress of cutting only parts of the plant would do was thinking maybe the sugar production would increase because of the stress or on the bad side it may hermie out trying to reproduce thinking it was dying u no.But sounds like u have had good luck and it's alot better then pulling under developed flowers.
@Norcal4life2011 interesting question. I have never seen any stress from doing this myself, over many harvested plants. So, guess its not bad. but good question.
@xSTONEDxNINJAx well thanks!! I would guess 10-15 increase by doing this. also, more important then the increase is the more finished bottom buds. you will just end up with better quality
i'm glad you made this video to let people know how to do a selective harvest... most people don't know or don't do it.... they just cut the whole tree down. nice video Brother.
