I use to love bands like Slayer and Slipknot but I noticed the music use to make me really angry and hateful, when I listened to their lyrics and how they sang about people, I felt like everyone was against me and would act out in anger at people but then when I gave up that music, I began to care more and not be angry towards my family or friends so it definatley has an effect on some people. I still like rock music though, just not that extreme and dark
