No, not at all. If you're playing something like CSS, it Terraria it can probably play around 30 fps at lowest settings.

hi this is amazing. but sometime you cut the video to show the fast responce time forexample at 10:58 while launching photoshop.. why is that ? 2nd question. i am very much concern abt ventilation part because i had a very bad experience with the hp having ventilation system underneath. it heats up soo much while working on the metric. you also skip that part at 7:15....sorry for bad english...

personally, when it comes to design, its hard to compare this with the macbook air. they both have their ups and downs. the air is lighter, the zenbook is faster, the air has a better screen, the zenbook has more ports. to be honest though, i would choose this over the air, but i heard it costs more than the air. that was the only thing i was concerned about D:<

I picked up my ux31 last saturday and :) it's really,really fast..I love the Asus power managment is really well mixed with intel own performance of it's processor..The screen is very good..very bright with great colors..watching movies in 1080p it's seamless experience.The resolution of 1600x900 is a bless. It's small It's slim, it's fast..this and my nokia lumia with windows phone mango! What more could I ask for...I now could be cheaper..lol

but seriously what would you want a macbook air or an asus zenbook, i understand that to put mac os x on the zenbook wouldnt be hard but alot of the drivers wouldnt be compatible and would be alot harder than installing windows on the macbook air via boot camp assistant. So in my opinon the macbook air easily beats the zenbook due to its simplicity,also it would be mac and pc user friendly!

Newegg took down the $1099 13.3" selection from its listings. I only got to it from my wishlist. Has anyone heard of any defects that have been found in this ultrabook? I knew the trackpad annoyed a lot of people, and some had complained about errors, BSODs, etc.

Flawed product, maybe? I'm NOT going to another 11" screen. That's what my netbook was for, and if I'm paying an arm for an ultra-thin, I want it to have a decent screen-size at least.

@tringuyen552911 Not really. The metal feels so sturdy that it should do a good job at protecting the display. If you store it in the laptop compartment in your backpack, you have nothing to worry about. If not, you can get a sleeve for extra protection.

There's always something better around the corner, and Ivy Bridge is still some time in the coming and not much different architecturally than Sandy. Although the 22nm 3D transistors will reduce power quite a bit.
