Actually I feel that this flash/song tells two stories. First of all the characters represent something. The car is pop culture and how it will swallow and change who you are and what you look like to the populace. The crows are the populace, eating up everything they are told. Pop culture builds people up to being near perfect, when in reality they are normal people. But we see them as how they look when they are spit out of the car, so they look like monsters when their facade is gone.

If I remember right the rerelease of Neveroddoreven replaced the original Hey Mrs. (the one heard in this video) with something called "Glamour Puss Mix", I think, which is more electropop sounding. The original is way better though, IMO

It's a lazy eye. A very common condition. Plastic surgery can fix many things, but you need an optomatrist for that. If you need symbolism, you can say they only (for a short time) fixed the outside, but not the inside, as the people seem more warped as the lyrics progress.
