It's not about being liberal. She was not prepared to defend Palin on a stupid mistake. As Palin's mistake was clearly stupid, depressing, and foreboding of things to come for a politician not to know that the VP cannot make policy or run the Senate...they thought us that fact in 6th grade and yes, in public school.

OKAY... I completely agree with what Chris is saying and that Nancy P is wrong, but please please please don't comment on her looks or how they affect her opinions. Why can't women in politics be judged simply on their political views or actions. I'm soo sick of hearing about what Hilary, Sarah, or Janet Reno are wearing, or look like, or if they sound like someone's nagging wife. No comments on Obama's suit or McCain's sexy comb over. Please just comment on their politics and leave it at that.
