Speedometer reset procedure

@dkrula080 As he explained (but you may not have identified) is when he said "spike" A voltage spike can happen when changing or disconnecting the battery terminals and this sometimes "chattering" the battery terminals!

In the first part of the video the needles are below the pin then at 1.00 the needles are above the pin.....confused?

I have a 1995 neon, and i tried this method, but of course we know that my speedometer is manual, not digital, so does this method still have the same effect? I will know by tomorrow, but just in case you see this before then, is it another method to the older generation of the chrysler (Dodge Neon)?

i have a question, a friend of mine told me dat i kan reset the speedometer by disconecting the negative and positive cables from the battery and then touching them together for 30 secs, does dat really work?
