i always hated when people only talk about other people. its like, c'mon, can you seriously not talk about something interest thats NOT gossip?? yeah.

1. People who don't understand sarcasm.
2. People who talk non-stop and ONLY about themselves.
3. This last one's a bit weird - People who repeat things that I say. It doesn't matter what I said, but it drives me nuts when people quote me. Especially when they do it 5 minutes after it happens.
Bad ex: Me - "Hey, I like turtles."
Person - "Haha, remember 5 minutes ago when you said, 'I like turtles'?"
People do this a lot around me and it drives me insane

usually, people who complain just don't have anything interesting to talk about. The same goes for those who talk about others, they're boring, and all they can talk about is whats wrong in their lives, and other people.

@MrSUPERLEITAO hate is a deragatory emotion that is used to discredit and undermine another person. When you hate someone, then they mean nothing to you. I do believe you are misplacing "hate" where "dislike" shoudl be.

There are possibly three things that annoy me the most:
1. When people are unable to accept that they are wrong
2. When people are intolerant of others and hold right-wing views
3. Those people who talk endlessly about a subject but don't actually know anything about it
Sorry if these seem a tad political, but they all really annoy me

@diamonddog49 Lol I completely agree on #1 (it describes many people in my class) and #2 (I hate poorly-thought-out, idiotic right wing views, and when i bring up a strong, valid left-wing point, (I'm not too into politics, but I guess I agree much more with liberals than conservatives) they just disregard it and change the subject, and people like this are often guilty of #1 as well) , and even #3, though i have been guilty of doing it... I'm working on it, anyway. :)

Something that really annoys me are people who don't get any social cues. Like they can't tell when they're being annoying or rude or anything, they just say whatever without even realizing how the other person is reacting.

Complaining, gossiping and arrogance are things I'm pretty sure no one likes? I'd be kind of shocked if you did put up with people with those traits. Think about it, would anyone here honestly put up with people like that? I certainly wouldn't.

@aFriendlyArab They usually have friends that share personality traits with themselves. Water seeks its level. I can tell you're a very kind, polite and non-judgmental person. So to you, and for a lot of people like you, it's very uncomfortable being in a situation like that. Myself included.

I completely agree with you...my biggest pet peeve is melodramatic people that complain about everything. They try living their lives like it's a soap opera! That sh*t ain't real!
So three things: 1) Melodramatics
2) Being too high-maintenance
3) People that can't take jokes! ie. will always get defensive ...ALWAYS. Unless it's about someone else ...then of course, they'll laugh their asses off.
