I remember watching this and feeling really bad for her. She fought so hard to almost get away only to get killed next to a huge crowd of people. And the fact that you don't really see how he kills her makes me feel like it was really bad.

Yeah. Though it is a cruel fact of nature that NO person in slasher movies show initiative. Or they don't show initiative at the worst possible time.

But people need to die in these films and sometimes, these writers need us to show these painful moments of humanity, even when we are ready to frottle these people ourselves for their own stupidity.

GOD! I love SMG!!! This was the first time I seen her and I heard about the buffy thing( Huge fan now) and loved her performance in this. But what caught my attention was that block she made when the fisherman first tried ta hook her. Perfect! You can tell she is really a martial artist! Perfect block and it's was too perfect for the character she was playing. Still a good performance though. Love ya SMG!
