Bradly and Reeve use all the same materials look up there main sites if anything get the Bradley ate least you will get it in a week after you order it
As far as production knives goes, Bradley is amazing. I have handled some Spyderco, Kershaw, regular Benchmades but Alias is way better taking into account materials, smoothness, speed, lock, atention to details etc and it's not that expensive.
If someone wants a big tactical folder he might say that Bradley is a bad, useless knife, but for EDC it rocks:)
It's subjective.
Striders and some custom knives might be better. In fact, when I'll save some money I'll get an SMF.
the Ti handle and the framelock gives the Alias a very good foundation. I mean, I like the design. It's straight, but it's so functional. Can you compare it to the BM 630 Skirmish?
The blade on mini Skirmish is just as big and wider but the handle is not as ernonomic as Bradley's; Skirmish develops a little play after some use it but i adjust it easily.
The tumb stub is much faster and safer that the hole, also the frame lock on Alias is more secure and has no movement when presing it, the clip is reversible and better placed.
I think Alias I is worth the extra money over mini Skirmish.
I still love to use Skirmish thogh, the scratches on it show I do:)
it feels much better, extremely smooth, it opens real fast; i think is an perfect EDC folder.
For instance, mini Skirmish develops a little blade blay, the blade is too big for the handle, it doesnt open that fast beaucause of the little round hole - it could hahe use a tumb stud.
The design is magnificent.

Hi John,
well, first of all: nice video (as usual ;) ) thanks, man.
I wouldn't consider the Bradley Alias "one of the best folders". In fact, it's difficult to compare (some folks compare it to the SRK Sebenza).

Julian

it must be real smooth and quality. for edc I like cheaper knives with flaws :)
that one seems more like something to be displayed!

thats true, it's so good looking it will be a shame when the scratches appear on the blade and handle.
