I agree with you shar0228. He has been tested alot. Bolt has been performing outstanding from he was about 15 years old. Bolt is also the youngest ever world junior champion. Bolt holds the 200m record at all level, he has the world youth record(20.13sec), world junior record(19.93sec)and the world record at the senior level(19.30sec). He also has the fastest time ever run in the 200m by a 15 year old(20.58sec)

I think it's the genes. Other places in West Indies don't usually produce talent like this. Trinidad has some good sprinters but they are not as good as Bolt, Asafa, Frater e.t.c

thats why you havent seen much, cause ive seen asafa jogging a lot of times and doing less than 10 sec, for example: asafa doing the world record 9.74 he jogged the last 20 meters.
