ATG narrow stance is my weaker squat stance, but I would guesstimate mid 500's right now for a 1rm. As you could probably guess since I pull sumo, I am a stronger wide-stance squatter, and have done 625 in the past in that stance. Did 590x6 with a few more reps in the tank, so I am probably good for more than the 625 nowadays.
Wow...very impressive bro. You'll have to through up a 600 lb squat vid when you work it into your schedule...that would be a great vid...especially at your size (235 lbs ish). How's your upper body strength? Bench, etc...
Congrat's on your lifting success bro...you can really tell you have put a lot of time into your lifts. Take pride in that bro...it's very impressive.
Thanks B, I appreciate the kind words! Bench (flat, anyways) is my weakest lift. I messed up both rotator cuffs pretty bad back in 98 and 00 so I tend to stick around the mid 300's. Military press is decent, though, I've done 325 seated with the bar starting at mouth/nose level and can do my bw for reps standing full rom. I haven't done incline bench in a long, long time, but at one point a few years ago it was at 355.
Those are great #'s as well bro...especially the military pressing...
My weakest link is squats and curls...I am will be working my ass off to try and fix that over the next little while...so your vid's will be good motivation.

Great form bro...just curious...what do you think your 1 rep max is without the long pause? You seem to be a much stronger deadlifter...
I am similiar (just not as strong)...my deadlift is significantly better than my squat.
