Jackie martling is a prime example of what NOT to do to your career. Dont walk away from a good thing. Sometimes its hard to disinguish a good career from a boring career. The need to do something bigger and better over shadows everything else. But if nothing is being presented to you to do something bigger and better then why walk away? Stick it out and deal with it and wait for that next shot otherwise your going to do a jackie martling. His ambition out weighed his talent.
