I never got the point of using train toys. you watch them turn around their circle for 15 minutes , then what? where's the fun?

@cartouchator First, these aren't toys. They are $100+ N scale trains. The fun is building the layout, and operating it. A lot of creative expression can be had through scenery on a model railroad layout. That's not the only thing that can be accomplished. Modeling industries, and switching out industries presents another fun opportunity. Modeling for example an oil refinery, steel mill, or an intermodal terminal presents unique operational opportunities for the modeler.
