@ilovelucyfan7 Of course you did, they'll be showing the entire series for all eternity. You have no idea how comforting it is to me to know that my descendents will still be watching this in the future :)
@ericandy88 Yes I Love Lucy is immortal, each episode has parallels that apply today, in this case the housing crisis and the economy come to mind, and it's a time where everyone wishes it was this easy....and who knows, maybe it is ;) Cheers.
@Kulmankulman. Yes i totally agree with you i also love that part, so so funny, I love her facial expression!!!! I also love when she says "El Brakeo El leaseo!" so so funny. LOL.
I find it funny at 3:04 when a piece of plaster falls from Vivian's costume and she has to cross her arms to catch it, then she has to keep that arm held across her body for the rest of the scene. Good on her for fast thinking. :D
I love this show my mom thinks it's terrible that I only pretty much watch old shows like this and mostly Lucille ball because she's my favorite actress, but I feel like this is way more appropriate than the ignorant stuff on television noww.
@amberlovesapplepie09 It depends on what you watch, but in terms of comedy of this nature, I'd have to completely agree with you on that, I always loved this scene, one of the true classics as far as comedy goes, nothing fancy yet somehow Lucy and Ricky just have that immortal magic touch when it comes to comedy, it's amazing. Cheers.
@amberlovesapplepie09 She may just not know what to think, since most teenage girls just watch nothing but soap operas and stuff. :D Good on you for being a die-hard Lucy fan.
@amberlovesapplepie09 1950's tv shows like I Love Lucy is the best show ever unlike shows today & i don't watch any old tv shows & I Love Lucy is more appropriate & i think ppl should watch I Love Lucy more than newer tv shows. Also old movies are more appropriate i love Lucy & Desi's movies The Long Long Trailer, Forever Darling & Too Many Girls.
This was one of the many episodes when the Ricardos and the Mertzes quarrel (and of course later reconcile.) What we see here is the Richardos' attempt to get out of their lease.
I watched this episode last night

Wow - Lucy's pal Barbara Pepper (the one who speaks at 1:58) really dances up a storm during the first 45 seconds. She's feelin' that rhythm!
