ending this session of comments, 1% in time I.E humans have only banned it for 1% of its whole use. So It's been used 99% [length of time] and than 1% [illegal, new york courts or where ever (i do not think logically to the extent of saying the location correctly, how does it matter in this instance?) The government used multiple tactics throughout history. Hanslinger or whatever basically said 'do not use marijuna because it will make the black man want the white woman' which is so wrong in my opinion, that it sickens me.
